1. You have to go to https://pfms.nic.in/ for registration.

1. Click on the link given on the home page by searching for PFMS Scholarship Student Registration.
2. Now select the college student based on your education.
3. With the selection of the college, enter your 12th class passing year and related board information.
4. Now enter your bank account number with IFSC Code in payment mode.
5. After clicking on submit, your information will be automatically filled in the form displayed on the screen.
6. Now enter other information sought like Email Id, Mobile Number.
7. Create your new USER ID and Password.
8. Read the captcha given below and enter it in the blank space.
9. Scan and upload the required documents required and click on submit the form.

The first step is, to visit the official website of the PFMS.
